PSU hits .305 and Purdue .194 Kendall finishes with 29 digs. I think someone mistaken told her that she only had 5 games left to break the record

She might break the record before the tourney begins.

PSU out blocked Purdue 9 to 6. Wouldn't have figured that after the first 2 sets. Very entertaining match. Lot of good defense and long rallies. Digs 69 for PSU and 61 for Purdue. Attack errors close, 18 for PSU and 20 for Purdue. 4 aces for PSU and 3 for Purdue

I cannot believe this Purdue team beat Nebraska. I wonder if PSU is in their head? It does make you wonder. Then look at Illinois. They're having trouble with Michigan and other teams have had trouble with Michigan and PSU lost 1 set to them. Go figure. Just shows that volleyball REALLY is not associative.

Thanks for this, I was wondering about the serving stats when the match was playing out. It seemed clear that Gabby and Kendall were the 2 best servers.
Can you tell names of the other 4 starting server for each rotation in the most recent matches? I have a feeling Russ has settled on his serving rotations by now.

Last couple of matches have been Gray, Holcomb, Parker, White, Gorrell, and Blossom.

Last couple of matches have been Gray, Holcomb, Parker, White, Gorrell, and Blossom. I presume that the coaches are looking for the best hitting and blocking matchups. I also note that Hord and Gorrell have been paired to block when Blossum is front row, and that Tori sometimes will run the whole net to block with Kait while Gabby provides tip coverage-again I assume to slow a particular hitter. I am guessing that dictates the rotations.

Watching on my laptop the match at times looked like ping pong! So I went back to some stats from other 4-setters. Digs and attacks were higher than others, but not all that remarkably. But wow. Ladies, bravo.
