Quick question.....If things were 'normal,, when would the match schedules be announced? Here in England, our restrictions are starting to be lifted and I think that by September, regular sport might be up and running again. I haven't given up hope of being able to visit Rec Hall again in September or October. What are my chances of being able to see those great players again and experience that amazing atmosphere? Hope everybody is ok over there. Whenever it has been for other schools, Penn State typically has been among the last to release its schedule. The reason I've heard most often (which may not be the whole story, or even partly right) is that the Faculty Senate has to approve it, and so there's an extra step for Penn State that delays things.

The University of Michigan President said there would not be any fall sports unless 100% of the student body was allowed back on campus. Based on the track record of the Michigan governor there is zero chance any college in the state will have all its students on campus. I fear there is little to no chance there will be a 2020 UM WVB season.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I don't know how it all works over there.....if UM (and probably others) don't take part, will there still be competition between the remaining teams? Would there still be the usual conferences followed by an NCAA Tournament?

Coaches and conferences can't even put together a firm schedule because even they don't know

Just a regular Bank Holiday here in England, but your post made me think of my Grandad (b.1888) who was in the First World War trenches and was 'lucky' enough to survive it after losing an eye and being invalided out. He never talked about it though, and died in 1984 aged 96.

Good luck to Kendall. Hopefully I'll be able to find a live stream of her matches. Bet365 have live streams of European volleyball leagues so that might be where to find it. Not sure if Bet365 is available in the US though.

The football team is coming back to school Monday 6-8-2020. Does anyone know if any other sports are coming back and when?
