Good article and as someone who doesn't subscribe to prepvolleyball I appreciate the ranking info.   Those are some good recruits, particularly Starck.   However, Nebraska has the #1, #2, and #3 recruits for the 2021 class plus some other fairly high 2021 ranked recruits.  Is Penn State falling behind in the recruiting war?
