This is an unusual season. One week until first match and not a word about team practice or TV listings. Yeah, it's almost like there's been a global pandemic that has killed 400,000 people in the United States -- one out of every 800 people in the U.S. (p.s. I know we're all aware of that, but I find myself torn between wanting a sense of normalcy that comes from things like volleyball and the recognition that things really are quite far from normal right now) |

I heard Stanford started practice four days ago and is practicing outdoors on grass. The Cardinal season is in doubt. That's one reason among others the PAC-12 has not released any schedule and TV listings yet.
Edit: I heard Stanford has cancelled the spring season. Haven't been able to confirm yet.

Just wrapped up Coach Rose’s first Zoom press conference of the season. Keep your eyes peeled for an update on everything he discussed. It was super informative as always. Jonni Parker and Gabby Blossom will field questions from the media tomorrow.

Loved Russ’ comments about ACF. He’s not one to prop up players but considering her size and his comments about pushing her in practice... we may be in for a treat with some freshman moments along the way
