Does everyone who might have been exposed to Covid have to go into a ten day quarantine. If so, that is a killer for any sports program. Not that BiG uses the same protocols, but Villanova basketball was unable to play or practice for more than 20 days due to positive tests followed by another set of positive tests.

As tight as the schedule is, and with the "double headers" finding new dates to play will be a challenge

I'm hoping that maybe there were no positive tests, but maybe an exposure to someone. Since they used the 'abundance of caution" language for the MGoBlue game, maybe there's only exposure. In that case... no idea. The fact that they haven't quit the 2nd OSU match...
Edit/add...
Apparently athletics issued a statement earlier this week: 16 of nearly 1600 athletes tested the week ending Jan 15 were positive.
Wrestling postponed a meet @ MSU as a result.
Found this on the Centre Daily Times site.

It seems clear that every match throughout the season and into the playoffs will be in jeopardy due to infections within either involved team. Covid may decide the team championship this year - if there is a team championship.

"Michigan senior wrestler Myles Amine shared a lengthy statement on Twitter on Monday morning from a “coalition of student-athletes” urging the school to rescind the shutdown order. It’s not clear who or how many Wolverines athletes are in that 'coalition.'” It reminds me of Benjamin Franklin, who famously said to his fellow American Patriots at the signing of the Declaration of Independence in 1776, "We must, indeed, all all hang together by signing this, in invisible ink, thus preserving our anonymity, or, most assuredly, we shall all hang separately."
