"full-extension saves" such an informative phrase. The stats--while so good--do not tell just how she does what she does. And an observation: the lopsided score v MSU belies the pressure the Spartans were putting on PSU. Substantial number of points were hard-fought and required everything Jenna and others had to give, IMHO.

Here's an article I wrote on the Big Ten's decision to follow local health guidelines and restrictions, allowing fans to attend events immediately for the rest of the 2020-21 athletic season. And the thing is -- it will be difficult to track it, with the state of tracking in the U.S. Fingers-crossed that it works out well. I noted as I watched coverage of the WBB tournament yesterday, commentators* made a point that a neutral -- NEUTRAL!! -- site was chosen in San Antonio. I wish we were saying that about WVB. And NE has not been considered or acted as a leader in response to Covid-19 public health measures...much to the despair of NE's public health professionals. I think the whole thing is a major misstep and tarnishes the whole thing for me. |
