Ironically it seals in a much better winning percentage, which may be more important in computing RPI this year. And we have played 3 more matches so far (maybe 1 by the end of the season) than Wisconsin has, 14 v 11. So I don't think they can hold our cancelled matches against us. And the 5 losses are all to teams ranked pretty high, well above us. where's the fingers-crossed emoji... I was thinking exactly the same thing. Tho it would have been nice to see at least one of the series. I wonder how the covid results will be in the womens NCAA tournament. Hopefully they do as well as the NCAA wrestling tournament, there were 330 athletes with numerous coaches, assistants, and ancillary personnel, and I don't think there was 1 person who tested positive; maybe 1, I'm not sure. |
