Is anyone else watching this? Fitzpatrick has started in the 2nd set and is awesome. 4 kills already from 9 team points

Fitzpatrick also has a powerful jump serve. Loved those kills - she really goes for it. Fans will really take to her I think. Van Den Elzen is also on but hasn't been set much as yet. Fischer played in the first set and was good but not as good as Fitzpatrick

VDE just been set twice but couldn't find a kill, Fitzpatrick playing 6 rotations and looks good defensively as well.

That's great to hear we need a 6 rotation stud.

Macy VDE has just won the final two 2nd set points for Team Pressure with a ferocious kill and a stuff block. Our PSU players are both looking very good. Team Pressure now 2 sets up. Fitzpatrick played the whole set in all 6 rotations.

The more I see of Fitzpatrick the more she reminds me of Kendall White - different position but a fierce competitor and very strong physically. Also looks like she could be a good motivator, again like Kendall.

All over. Team Pressure wins 3-0. If Coach Rose was watching, I'm sure he'd have been very pleased with the two new PSU players who both played a significant part in this win. Exciting season ahead this year (still 'next year' in the US).

Fitzpatrick looked like the real deal. She looked better then Fischer and seems more ready to possibly start right away.

First, Happy New Year, England.
Second, it occurred to me that we're all so focused on Fischer that we may have forgotten how very blessed we are going to be with these other two UA AAs.
Third, since there were only 2 Ls in the entire tourney, and no DSs, more of the players were playing 6. Seemed odd to see that for a change, but they really rose to the occasion. I was impressed with the length of the rallies...until late in the 3rd.
The B1G is looking really in good shape...especially MI; OSU to some extent.

Fischer needs some work. She’s slow. I’d love to have mcall transfer in. Anyone hear anything on her

Some posters on VT believe Fischer favors Stanford but is still in the midst of Stanford's lengthy admissions process; hence, no announcement yet.
Take it for what it's worth.
