Not to be a downer here, but to put that $80,000 in perspective, it is approximately 1% of the annual salary of James Franklin.

IMO, this is needed and will be good

I think a coach mentioning a school having an NIL collective is one thing, while a coach/booster bribing athletes to enter the Portal is the problem that's being reported across a lot of sports right now.  But yea, I'm not sure how they would regulate this whole mess.  

To be clear, I support NIL... I just don't agree with all the shadiness that's occurring.
