Coach was asked about the middles a couple weeks back. She talked about how pleased she was with Clark, Trammell, Holland, Williams "and even Macy.” Sounded so unfortunate, so I didn't expect to see her in. She's looked so supportive on the bench...great to see all the middles get some time now.

Just want to say that Sean Kupferberg is one of my favorite coaches in all WVB. I remember a match maybe ~2015 where he and his team were soooo up for the match at Rec Hall that they gave PSU a real scare. Their fierceness and sportsmanship made for a great match. Hope for the same tonight. (And was anyone at the match in DC ~2017 when they had a huge student section...really almost the entire arena...who all got down. And then I had to explain to Tori Gorrel's mom a month later what getting down meant! Lol. Such good memories w/Howard. ....and what does 'getting down' mean? The nearest thing in England is 'get down with the kids' which is when you say or do something to try and impress and be accepted by teenagers. |

I'm probably the least best authority on this! But the entire arena was dancing/celebrating (getting down) to the music of the Howard Band. Which has its own, amazing brand of music distinctly different from the great Penn State band, rooted in a different culture. One of my absolute favorite fan experiences.
