Impressed with PSU in 2nd set. They are looking good. Keeping NEB somewhat out-of-system as NEB isn't getting the big bombs that they were getting at the beginning of set 1.

Between the NEB block and the PSU bad serve receive, it's a really rough 3rd set. NEB has few aces, but the overpasses are killing PSU.
