They are having a scrimmage next Saturday. I believe USAV trains in the building that used to be called American Sports Center which is close to where I live. ASC owners sold the facility and it was renamed. Not sure what the name is now. I'm going to check if they allow visitors at the scrimmage. If they do I will check it out and give a report on Podraza. And Jess Mruzik, please! (OK, whatever you want to report on is fine with me  ) |

I was planning to comment on the scrimmage but there isn't much to say. Podraza and Mruzik played well as did all the players. No player stood out to me. Penn State is lucky to have Podraza.
In the video there are some scenes of club players apparently watching the scrimmage. They were waiting for their next match in the tournament and had no interest in the scrimmage.
The one thing that impressed me is how hard Karch works. He was actively engaged with the players throughout the scrimmage. He has to know that none of these eighteen will help him for the 2024 Olympics. They need some time playing professionally before making the Senior National Team. It's good for Karch to identify players who might have potential going into the 2028 Olympics.

I didn't know where else to post this but PSU has some good defenders, all 3 littles with significant time are ranked in the top 25
