PSU is hitting well .293 but HI is hitting better .390

I've only seen the last half of the second set. I can't say I'm surprised--other than Hawaii's better than I thought they'd be. PSU is performing pretty much as I expected.

Hawaii looks very solid (obviously) but Penn State does too -- just not hitting quite as well as the Bows. No quit in Penn State -- they are fighting hard.
12 ties in both set 1 and set 2. Penn State had 10 attack errors to 6 for the Bows. Both teams with 2.0 blocks. It's really a very close match except in the key stat of "Sets Won" |

What a kick in the arse. I discover DirecTV does ESPN-3, technical difficulties knock out a set-and-a-half, and PSU is down 2-0. Geez, it's not all about me, but I sound like that Wolfgang guy on Volleytalk.

oh no. At least PSU looks like they have a lot of fight left in them. Overall play is better, but blocking is no where to be found. There seems to be a seam between the two blockers a lot and they are attcking through it. |

Fewer errors from Hawaii and when they get a touch it is almost always back in system.
