I'm a believer in family (hey, Tony Soprano looked after Junior even after Junior tried to have him wacked), and for tonight at least, Minnesota and Nebraska are family. So bring it on, Texas. Hit us with your best shot, Kansas. This is the B1G you're messing with. And you're going DOWN !
Alright people. Compare and contrast.

I'm fine with Minnesota, but the N-state (and I don't mean end state) presents a problem. I'm hoping Minnesota wins tonight to negate the possibility of rooting for the Cook-coached team for two straight games. ((I already rooted against Washington))
8M--watch for the mint thing!

I'm rooting for the BIG10 but really hope Minnesota wins it all, since they've never won one. I'll keep my eyes peeled for it.

So... If Nebraska loses, does everybody stay home?
The mint thing--John Cook gives his coaching staff mints before games. It's creepy--they're out of his pocket.

The MN setter is trapping her hitters. Setting to close to the net. She's playing nervous.
TX wins 26-24

TX wins set 2 by a score of 27-25.
Not sure MN can come back now, down 2 sets.

Gee.. It wasn't supposed to go this way.
Proof that I'm slow? I just realized this is three out of four from the (old) Big 12. Didn't PSU sweep Kansas last year in a tournament at Villanova? I think two of the sets were pretty close.

It's so much better watching these semis with PSU out. I'm soooo much calmer.
