I have a feeling you will see a PSU victory here. 3 reasons. 1. MSU relies heavily on its serve and its seems that was not as successful last year in B1G ROAD games. 2. PSU's blocking and defensive system is picking up and very adaptable = that means rallies go longer which does not play well into MSU's style. 3. Rose has great tape from the Iowa and Nebraska and a week to prepare/gameplan his team for this match. < Rose I can see a 3-0 or 3-1 win here in front of a home crowd which will be bolstered by a football crowd that is hungry for wins from its beloved university. Hopefully I didn't make too many braggadocious comments. Game is on BTN Plus: Click HereGameTracker: Click Here

You make good points! Watching that MSU/Nebraska game, there were several areas where the Spartans had some trouble...but it was against the best team in the NCAA this year. If they lose a match, I'd be surprised. Nebraska was out hit and out set in the first two sets, yet still stayed close. MSU was actually lucky to win set 2. NU was starting to click. Any shortcomings that MSU presented during that match, will need to be capitalized on if they do the same against PSU. If PSU can serve tough, we might be able to prevent the pin hitters, who are fast and hard, from connecting. Hope you are right with your prediction! It'll need to be our best effort to date...and MSU will need to feel the pressure of Rec Hall. Hope everyone who can be there, shows up and cheers loudly! GO STATE!!

GameTracker seems to be broken. Shocker. Frantti must have at least 7 kills.

This is impressive (so far).
Some talent might be lacking from this team compared to years past, but this team has developed a toughness about them. Last year's team probably loses set 1. Instead, the tight game has seemed to propel this group. I like it. Still one more set victory to go.

You are witnessing an excellent game plan
Terrific execution
And Frantti going off.
Of course Coach spins the dial to make sure we have 3 of our best passers against their best servers.
Looking good. Finish

Keep the scores coming. GameTracker is totally whacked out. Here's a screenshot (first set ended 10-3??):

No video for me. Unfortunately, I didn't get BTN this year... yet. I'm waiting for our team to give me an incentive. From the looks of things here, though, I may be getting that subscription soon.
