I wonder if Paulina Prieto-Cerame's chin can will Texas to a national championship. I'm pretty sure I've seen her block with it. I've also seen it commit net violations.

Well, at least I no longer feel totally insensitive after my comment about someone's hair. She had a good first set, haven't watched the last two. |

If Paulina had stayed at Penn State, she would have been the RS/Opp we've been wishing for this season. And you can't fault her determination. |

If Paulina had stayed at Penn State, she would have been the RS/Opp we've been wishing for this season. And you can't fault her determination. The year before Whitney would have been middle too. Basically we would have had depth at every position, which was sorely missed. That being said this year's team was a legit swing away from playing this past Thursday and if you ask me honestly .....playing for an NC tonight. That didn't happen for a myriad of reasons and we need to add a few players imo in the off season to make sure we are fully loaded for what looks to be an exellent shot for a Title in Kansas City. It is pretty clear how HUGE it will be to host a Regional next year in State College. That would be a lot of fun....  I'm buying the first round at the pregame at Whiskers/Pickles or better yet a couple cases of Rolling Rock at the Skeller! |

The NCAA certainly demonstrated that aiming toward hosting a regional is a worthy goal. PSU last hosted a regional in 2010, And as a new fan at the time, it made for great TV.
Let's hope they can build on what they showed against Nebraska.
I wonder if we'll ever know what brought Frantti around for the end of season run? It's almost as if a switch was flipped.

In this case it wasn't that simple.
As I mentioned before she was playing very very well leading up to this. We just saw an excellent player who finally had found her groove a couple weeks ago and demonstrated how good she can be.
I fully expect her to have an excellent Senior year.
