Well, maybe some editorial. I thought Penn State looked a bit tight in the first set -- maybe tentative. They seemed much more confident in Set 2. No more editorial.

Glad Lee got the last two points. Lee's serve was killer that set. Frantti playing fantastic. Sure hope that the stats get up and running.

hard to imagine Detering was not a hitter in the last three years!
I wonder if she hits against Stanford with more advantage due to her lefty angle, and her own height against her blocker's height.

Did anyone else here Kendall shout instructions to Frantti "high line!" Frantti did as directed and got the kill. An issue we don't discuss too often is "communication"

Frantti 11 kills, 1 error, 20 attempts .500; Haleigh 6 kills, .556; team .242 in set 1; .441 in set 2.
