It's the K. Plummer show. She is getting points serving and kills. She keeps bringing Stanford back from being down 3 points in set. Huge call against UCLA on ref saying ball was touched with pancake. Unfortunately for UCLA, there are no video reviews/challenges for this match. Stanford takes set four 25-17 and wins the match 3-1. Currently, Stanford is ranked #10 in RPI. In about an hour or less it will be adjusted. Michigan State moved down one from #15 to #16 after their loss with Penn State. Northwestern and Maryland goes 5 sets. NW wins set one 36-34. MD wins set five 17-15. Too bad it wasn't streamed! Would have been a great match to watch! UMD is going to be exhausted for their road trip to IL tonight. All told, it was like they played 6 sets; only one had a margin of >2 points...set 4 was 3 points. Tough year so far. |

Checked in at the break and Purdue and Nebraska split 1st two sets.
Nebraska takes last two sets and beats Purdue 3-1.

UCLA sweeps Cal. Former Cal coach, Rich Feller was there talking. I didn't know he retired.
No upsets today in top 25 RPI. Tomorrow may be something else!! Huge match tomorrow in Florida/Kentucky. Could this be FL first loss?

Missouri State wins at #20 UNI 3-1 UNI's last official RPI ranking on Monday was #44. They haven't been above that ranking this week. I think you must be looking at the AVCA poll. |
