MN comes back to take set two from MD 25-23. MD is a team to watch. Playing good at MN
NE has to play MD twice yet so if MD plays tough against them like they are against MN, maybe they can take a match from them. Still have hopes that PU can take this match.
Demure doing great since she came in with a couple of setter dumps against WA but their serving game keeping WA in set because of COL serving errors.
PU up 15-12 in set three MEDIA TO.
COL up 18-16 in set 3 TO WA

Ohio State decides to start playing and takes set three 25-21. Badgers up 2-1
NE 19-18 TO PU
COL 22-18
WA gets next two points 22-20 TO COL
NE up 21-19 TO PU
COL hangs on to take set three 25-22 and sweeps WA. Great for our RPI!
PU coming back to tie 21 all. TO NE

Badgers up 2-1 NE 19-18 TO PU COL 22-18 WA gets next two points 22-20 TO COL NE up 21-19 TO PU COL hangs on to take set three 25-22 and sweeps WA. Great for our RPI! You are too fast for me -- and I'm only watching one match! Way to go Buffs. |

Colorado takes 1st set from Washington. In second set, Emily Demure in for an injured 5-9 setter (DeLuzio?) I missed the injury of Col setter. Watching 4 matches at same time  . I think I may stop watching the WI match because it looks like it may be an easy sweep by Talk about multi-tasking. Phew! |

I missed the injury of Col setter. Watching 4 matches at same time . I think I may stop watching the WI match because it looks like it may be an easy sweep by Talk about multi-tasking. Phew! I wonder if PSUMAUI has compound eyes? |

Ohio State takes set four 25-23! On to set 5!
Looks like COL altitude got another visiting team. WA players were starting to breath heavily early in the match. Need to have players ride bicycles up a few of the CA mountain passes to acclimate them more maybe LOL!!
PU starting to fade. NE up 17-13 TO PU

I wonder if the altitude has more effect as the season ends--with players being more fatigued in general?

I'm sure it plays some part because some players aren't at 100% near end of season, especially the Freshmen. PU getting second wind and comes back. Down by only 1 point. 21-20! LETS GO BOILERMAKERS! BIG block by PU ties set at 22 and then NE has hitting error over the PU block. NE challenging the call. |
