i think that you can transfer to another conference w/out sitting out. intraconference transfers may require a year off, but the requirement might be waived (not often). Carolyn Knop at FL tranferred from Michigan to FL without a year off, for instance. try to find all this written somewhere...impossible. And Tiffany Clark transferred from Michigan to Wisconsin without having to sit out. No explanation (nor, in my opinion, should there have to be, as the reasons could be personal). |
