Although this information came from TeamUSA, it is out of date, at least with respect to the team names. Micah Hancock's team was previously know as Pro Victoria Pallavolo, but since 2008 has been known as Saugella Team Monza. TeamUSA is apparently not tracking the name changes for the professional teams on which its players are playing, but why would they. Their interest is our national team, not the professional careers of its players.
