The daughter of my high school volleyball coach is the setter for Eastern Kentucky. Penn State makes them look like a good high school team. They’re just not on the same level.

The new Navy coach, replacing the old Juniata coach who just retired, is from Wittenberg. Another strong D3 and perennial Elite 8 or better.

Paco Labrador, the new coach at Navy, came from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio. He is a great coach, knows the game and did great things for the Wittenberg program. Never underestimate what he can do with any program. |

I just noticed that Psumaui's Youtube account has been terminated. I hope he's well and still posts comments this season. I hope all is well out there in the middle of the Pacific psumaui, especially with regard to the upcoming storm "Lane." No need to worry about posting all the videos of matches. It's a lot of work and we put too much pressure on you to deliver. |

PSUMAUI's absence has left a gaping hole in the DigNittany firmament. (He hasn't logged in since March) I miss his insights and enthusiasm. I hope he weathers this storm and rejoins our ranks.

Indeed fall is in the air and State College is buzzing. I feel like its a new era starting. Weird.
I wonder how long it will take for us to get a sense of this new groups identity. Could be weeks, months or perhaps a year.
Looking forward to it.
