Just added an exclusive quote from KSC on Jurevicius to the article:

Apparently, Maggie Mendelson is in the portal. Do we think the coaches would try to recruit her to our side?

Doesn't surprise me she's in the portal. I posted earlier she might transfer because she won't be getting playing time.  Stanford recruited her out of high school but she insisted on playing WVB and WBB.  That was a no go for Stanford's WBB coach.   I'll be curious if part of her deal will be playing WBB at her future school.  If both sports I believe the scholarship has to count against basketball so the WBB coach would have to buy in to the deal.

I agree. If the coaching staff does not get someone who plays middle primarily, I think Karis is the best candidate to convert into a middle.

I’m not sure how comfortable how she’d be with hitting from behind the setter. I think Taylor is more valuable hitting in front (I’m not a big fan of her slide). But then again they could just run a D and make Karis or Catherine hit in front of the setter anyway.
