England: I saw an arrow in the center of the graphic, just to the right of "Emmaus High School." It's on a youTube platform, looks of it. Might try searching YouTube.
Macy: wow, could this be our first PA starter since Krista? I see she likes to hit from L and R...would fit the pattern Coach likes to use at the moment.

Thanks traveler, just found a video of Macy on YouTube as you suggested. Looks a very similar player to Sophie. Would be great to see both of them sign for PSU. What is that place in Detroit? 55 courts in 1 building? What is it, an aircraft hangar? The biggest volleyball arena in England is the National Volleyball Centre with 4 courts!

Many tournaments are held at convention centers. I'm familiar in particular with Baltimore and DC, each of which can hold about 50 courts... and they usually break the competition into first-half and second-half of the day, so you can imagine how many teams/players that means. Logistical nightmare, but it works. No room, however, for most jump serves.

Just been having a look at other teams' 2019 rosters. Didn't realise Nebraska has no seniors - they are going to be a force in 2020, especially with them hosting the NCAA Championship matches. 2 quick questions - is there a 'transfer window' like there is in English football, ie is there a date after which no more transfers can be made? Also, I keep seeing the term 'Redshirt' - what does that mean?

Also, I keep seeing the term 'Redshirt' - what does that mean? 1) I don't think there's a window, but as a practical matter, most players aren't going to want to transfer mid-semester; 2) in NCAA D1 athletics, a player has 5 years to complete their 4 years of athletic eligibility (in some limited circumstances involving serious injuries, they could be granted a 6th year to complete the 4 years). In women's volleyball, if they they don't play at all in a season (i.e. not even a set) that year doesn't count as a year of athletic participation. If they are injured, but only play a limited amount (I don't know what the cutoff amount is) they may qualify for a "medical redshirt." The term"redshirt" is used to indicate that a player was in school for a year, but didn't use a year of athletic eligibility that year. Thus, a redshirt freshman is in her second year academically, but has four years of athletic eligibility remaining. A redshirt could have come either because the player didn't play at all in one season or was injured in that season and otherwise met the requirements for a medical redshirt (maximum amount played in that season, when the injury occurred, etc.)

Some speculations that elan McCall will be transferring to PSU, Gabby Blossom, Serena Gray, and Kaitlyn Hord have very recently begun following her on Instagram, that would be a good get provided she's recovered from her injuries.

You can see who Gabby, Serena, and Kaitlyn follow. If you look at Instagram on a PC you can see the order in which they followed people. All 3 have followed her within the last 6 people they followed which is fairly recent.
