Also, PSU's incoming freshmen are the # 4 ranked recruiting class by PrepVolleyball. With them coming in your not gonna be able to double up hord as much and solo in hord teams will pay. Bwaaahahhaha |

And Erika Pritchard official as of tonight No excuses for not winning another natty Agreed. Pritchard was 1st team All-B1G and Rollins was 2nd team. They are both solid six-rotation players. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe both have two years of eligibility remaining, should they choose to use them. http://instagr.am/p/COOlAFpB99p |

Good morning, Volleyball fans, I was just wondering, the team currently has 17 returning players, 4 incoming freshmen, and 2 fantastic transfers, for a grand total of 23 players, that's one shy of 4 teams. It will be interesting to see how this shakes out, but it is better to have more ingredients than not enough, can't wait to see what transpires.

It is indeed going to be interesting to see how the additions impact on the overall team chemistry. But I certainly agree with coach that the team needed a terminator. Two is even better! |

Incredible spirit and energy, Hmm could she be a Kendall replacement. I hope so, although for a freshman AC had a lot of fire.

This is a make-or-break year with all the seniors, and I'm assuming the coaching staff is all in to make the finals, especially since a lot of B1G teams are rebuilding.
I can see Rollins and Fitzpatrick being interchangeable, depending on who's hot that night.

These announcements sent me scurrying back to BTN+ to watch some Minnesota and Maryland matches and then to their websites to review some stats. My conclusion is that there is going to be some real competition for the starting spots next season and nothing should be considered predetermined. All of these women can play the game!

I heard Russ told the Athletic Department to make room in the trophy case for the 2021 National Championship trophy. Let's not get ahead of ourselves. First they have to get ready, meld as a team, and stay healthy. Then they have to break John Cook's heart, along with several other B1G programs that thought they had PSU in their rear view mirrors. Then they have to beat teams like Pitt, and Texas, and Kentucky, that have gotten to be really, really good. Then they have to get to the Final Four. Then they have to win two matches. This Penn State team that we're all so excited about can do all those things. The only thing we can do is show support. Let's do that, in every way we can! |
