We started falling apart when we stopped setting Hord and Reed and starting setting Leath too much. Although, you have to give Stanford credit for turning up the dial a notch or two. They're playing like the #1 team right now. Was it RR’s decision or Weiskircher? |

I just saw Byranna crying after the loss. I really feel so bad for her. Thank you for representing PSU so well. Also, a big thanks to Taylor Leath for what she brought to PSU this season. And finally, a big shout out to the "stalion" Nia Reed, you will all be missed. The squad competed well in the tourney. It was a fun season.

Great season. The team met my expectations almost precisely. Lost to an excellent team at home. Stanford adjusted to our block and stopped giving us quite so many free points. Plummer is excellent and Stanford has a great Libero.

Passing was breaking down a bit, so I think it was a combo of several factors.

Our sets are so predictable. Um no, our passing has been not so good. That's true. I was looking at some of the passes after I posted that, and there wasn't a lot Bryanna could do with them. |

Well Leath is OS2 so we had to set her a lot either due to not so great serve receive or limited options in transition. Taylor really picked it up against Syr and Wash. Coach put Cathey in when it became clear that Taylor was not able to keep the magic going. |

If PSU had won the 2nd set, might have been able to win the 3rd, cuz Stanford was playing tentatively and making a lot of errors up to that point. After winning the 2nd set, they got their mojo back and just out athleticed us. We had trouble putting the ball down and they were not.

Nyline, now u see why I didn’t want to go. That being close to up 2-0’and losing would have tore me up. This is why I don’t go to sports stuff in person. My emotions can’t handle it. Sports are suppose to be fun. But for me I’m stressed more then having fun and thats not right. Lol. I would have come out that way and taken some people out to dinner but when I referenced comming before nobody said anything so i didn’t bring it up again.

I do know lots of people who get very intense about their sports. I found this year's group entertaining and was proud of how they conducted themselves. Already excited to see how things go next season. |
