Here's a recap of tonight's sweep of Maryland in College Park. Jonni Parker led the Nittany Lions with a match-high 14 kills and two total blocks in the victory, while Gabby Blossom tallied 40 assists, six digs, and two kills. They each had one of Penn State's four service aces. She'll need to average just over 13 digs per match (10 conference and 3 playoff matches) to break the record.
She's averaging 4 digs per set this year. So with 4 four-set matches and 9 three-set matches, she could get there.
