PSU Maui got me thinking that indeed it seems like we can't terminate the ball nor kill an overpass and the rallies seem to be going longer.
Considering our player and lineup changes we seem to be in ok shape.
If my math is correct
PSU 2014 16-2 13 matches 3-0 total Attack attempts 1,977
PSU 2015 16-2 14 matches 3-0 total attack attempts 1,989

Not saying this team will finish like the 2014 team, but given the lineup changes, and the youth of this team, I wouldn't write them off just yet. In his post-match comments tonight, Coach Rose said he was nervous about this match: As an aside, Coach is a diehard fan of the Cubs, who are favored by Jay Kornegay of Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook, to win the 2015 World Series. A Cubs victory in the 2015 World Series was also predicted in the 1989 movie “Back to the Future Part II.” |
