I'm not against the 2 liberos rule, as there are so many subs available in college, the DS position is like having a second libero.
However, I'm not sure I like the elimination of the double contact rule, but maybe I'm old-fashioned like that.
Seems like it would negatively affect the game. Although, I'm generally not opposed to making changes.
I liked the change from side-out scoring to rally scoring.
