Here’s an article I wrote on Tori Gorrell’s excellent redshirt senior season and how the Ontario native successfully transitioned from middle blocker to outside hitter. She has 250 kills this season heading into Friday’s Sweet 16 showdown against Cincinnati and has greatly improved her passing with 42 digs.

Thanks, Ethan, Tori will be missed, I remember a couple of years ago, she had said in an article that she wanted to be a feared middle blocker, well I think she is doing just fine right now. Keep it up Tori, and hopefully, you can go out a winner.

I have stated how much I appreciate Tori's contributions and willingness to do whatever the team needed. Such an approach is particularly laudatory when, increasingly, athletes transfer schools in search of playing time.
