Amanda Phegley announced on Instagram Wednesday afternoon that she’s transferring to North Carolina after spending her first two collegiate seasons at Penn State. Phegley, who hails from Tampa, Florida, was a member of Penn State’s top-ranked 2018 recruiting class. Here’s wishing Amanda all the best in Chapel Hill!

I thought she had an absolute whip for an arm in several of the matches this year. Wish we could have been together longer. Hope she can achieve her full potential at that school down south.
