Just checked if any of PSU's 2020 recruits (Van Den Elzen, Fitzpatrick and Bilinovic) or two 2021 commits (Muisenga and Starck) are playing in Boston and the only one is Macy Van Den Elzen who is playing for EC Power KOP 18-Royal. Flo Volleyball TV are covering the event and Sport Wrench has all the online stats at: events.sportwrench.com/#/events/9ee12d31f/scheduleAre there any other 2021 commits I don't know about? My annual trip to Rec Hall in September is in a bit of doubt if current projections regarding the Coronavirus prove to be correct. I'm watching Sky News at the moment and the latest plan is to 'delay the spread of the virus in the UK rather than try to contain it'. Not sure what that means exactly but hopefully by September, even with the 'delay', it will be all over and I'll be able to fly. I'm over 65 and therefore technically in the 'at greatest risk' group but I'm physically very fit for my age and confident that I will be able to deal with it if I get it.

Macy's team, EC Power KOP 18-Royal, sailed through the opening three matches today and will be back in action on Saturday at 8am on court 2. She looked very dominant in attack, killing most of the balls set to her. It will be very interesting to see how she copes with the big step up to college volleyball in the autumn (sorry.....fall)

Macy's team, EC Power KOP 18-Royal, have today won both their games in Round 3 Gold Pool 1 and if I've interpreted the complicated format correctly, they will contest the final of the 18 Open tournament at 4.45pm on court 4.

You are correct they are in the finals. I'm not sure about the start time. The United States moved their clocks ahead one hour at 2:00 am last night; a stupid tradition that IMO should be eliminated.
The opponent is APEX1 18-Black which is one of the best club teams in SoCal.

Flo Volleyball coverage was from a single fixed corner camera and was quite grainy but I could see enough to know that Macy will be a fine addition to the PSU squad. Roll on the 2020 season!!
