I'm a little concerned about our left side blocking. In two matches (nine sets) Annie Cate has zero and Anastasiya has one assist.

PSU showed great grit. Tough to lose 2 sets in a row in extra time. This was my perspective. Coach looks at the same situation and says, "We shouldn't have lost the two. With better leadership, we'd have come thru in sets 2 & 3." It's always interesting to see his perspective. He is also not shy in say, "Could've been partly my fault also." He's so honest and straight forward. Except when mentioning people who screwed up. He doesn't through people under the bus. He keeps that for the team only. |
