Thanks for the in-match updates. I wasn't able to watch this. I really expected Penn State to win. My uneducated guess is the passing/digging needs to be better.

That was a very un-Penn State like collapse. I don’t remember when was the last time we were up 2-0 only to drop three remaining sets in a such a non-competitive fashion. I am sure Russ will have many teaching moments from this match. The last time I remember losing when up 2-0 was in 2018 against Purdue, but in that case Purdue was a strong team with a first team AA on it and it was competitive the whole time. Just as you said it’s difficult to remember the last time something like this happened. I guess after coming back from 0-2 against Illinois and Wisconsin last year it was inevitable someone would do it to us.
