Very interesting to learn that Hannah Flowers is not able to practice with the team full time because she has an internship. Another demonstration that college volleyball truly is an amateur endeavor.

I remember hearing from family of recent player about to graduate that an internship requirement for graduation in her major was a real problem...interfered w/spring season, fall (obviously) and summer prep. Quite a lot to navigate!

Too bad Madeleine Gates for Stanford didn't have that problem as she was a fortuitous addition to their last championship squad. <joking>. |
