End of primacy for NCAA. I think D1A or whatever it's called, D2, D3 will still need/use it. But I agree that the super conferences are headed towards a level of independence.
If so, for the sake of women's sports, let's hope the supers, collectively or independently, do better than the NCAA has done. We don't need more of the same. If we're going to reinvent sports governance for major universities, let's set higher standards for all.
