With Texas and Oklahoma moving to the SEC, the question arises "Should the B1G expand?" If so, how should it go about it? The poll offers a number of choices. Feel free to add your own, and to post explanations of your votes (everyone gets two votes). I want the B1G to annex Canada and Brazil (only for sports).

Many of the choices would require adjustments to visa regulations (maybe even annexing Kansas?)
I am a fan of the way Stanford conducts its athletic and education program ....

I don't think Stanford is interested in joining the Big 10.
I think most other Pac 12 schools, except the Washington and Oregon schools, would be interested in joining.

I picked USC and UCLA, only because they are natural rivals, and who wouldn't like to visit so. cal in November and December. We could also make the B10 east and west conferences and have a true championship game like they do in football. Well it's just a tought.

Oh, I forgot, they don't need to include Stanford, because PSU plays them every year anyway and that would be a redundancy.

I think we are witnessing the beginning of super conferences and the end of the NCAA. It's still early, but expect this to be implemented in 2-3 years. |
