What do people think Penn State will be ranked in the preseason AVCA poll? I think No. 9 is fairly realistic.

What do people think Penn State will be ranked in the preseason AVCA poll? I think No. 9 is fairly realistic. That sounds about right for the preseason ranking. I do believe they have a shot for it all this year - but the conference is going to be really tough. |

Weren't we at #12 at the end of last season? The AVCA preseason poll is often strikingly (awe-inspiringly? incredibly?) similar to the final poll from the previous season. |

I've counted a couple of times and gotten 19 -- so if that's right, then 2 are missing. And I have no idea who they are. Not really a big deal (that they are missing). I seem to recall one or two missing previous Booster Club picnics for a variety of reasons. |
