The box score/play-by-play was posted by the latter does not include any info from set 1. Box score also says Hord served, with 2 SEs. If so, why was she serving, as she never does, or is the box score incorrect? Since the video as posted starts at about 17-10, set 2, we may never know unless any of y'all were there.

Wow. Jonni had an atypical match, hitting .000 on 34 attempts; 9 kills and 9 errors. Rollins hit .229 with 35 attempts (14-6-35). Erika has a real nice match hitting .368; 18-4-38. Fortunate that she was there to pick up the slack. Erika's serving was quite good; just 1 ace, but she put MI out-of-system quite a bit.
Hord hit .404 with 14 kills, 2 errors on 24 attempts. Allie hit .571 with 8-0-14.
PSU with 65 kills and MI with 50. Errors were comparable. Makes you wonder how the match was so close.

I was wondering about the Hord thing too. Didn't seem right The play-by-play is now up and shows Kaitlyn serving the first four times for Ro 5. After that they went back to Jenna serving. |

Erika had a different attitude in this match. She was really upbeat and into it. Even after unsuccessful kill attempts she oozed positivity and enthusiasm. Hope to see that for the rest of the season.
