My prediction is Aaron Russell will be the go to outside for this olympic quad and even the next olympic quad! He is looking awesome!

Aaron Russell continues to prove that he's the go to OH.
Scoring peformances from A. Russell:
v BUL: 14 points (led USA tied w/ K. Ensing)
v NED: 14 points (led USA tied w/ K. Ensing)
v JPN: 20 points (led USA tied w/ K. Ensing)
PSU alums are gonna light it up when World Champs come. I'm expecting Matt Anderson and Max Holt to be back in the roster.

USA goes 4-0 in the VNL! The boys are looking good. The woes of the team from last year seems to have disappeared. Much less service errors, more blocks and block touches, and stable passing.

USA are in Japan for round 3 of the VNL. Aaron Russell has been proving that he is the go-to OH providing solid passing and a potent offense. He top scored with 23 points. USA currently holds 3rd place (Realistically 5th, as Italy and Japan played 1 less match).

USA just misses out on a reverse sweep for gold in the VNL. USA loses to France 16-25 19-25 25-15 25-21 11-15.
USA has finished 2nd in the VNL for the 2nd time (Finishing 2nd in 2019 l. to Russia)
Aaron Russell led USA in points scoring 20 pts from 20 kills.

Surprisingly, A. Russell did not get one of the best outside spiker awards despite having the following stats.
Preliminaries Stats:
#4 in Scoring
#3 in Attacking
#26 in Blocking
#4 in Serving
#7 in Digging
#2 in Receiving
