Format
First Round
Top four teams from each pool advance to second round.
16 teams advance, 8 eliminated.

Second Round
Pool A and D will combine to form Pool E.
Pool B and C will combine to form Pool F.
Teams will play the four teams they did not face in the first round.
Top four teams from each pool will advance.
(1st and 2nd round matches count).
8 teams advance, 8 teams eliminated.

Knockout Round
There is no crossover. 
It will be a pure 8 team single elimination bracket.
1E will play 4E, 2E will play 3E.
1F will play 4F, 2F will play 3F.
