Very impressive wins given that Fisher, Wildman, and Marsh were out. Hope they are able to return soon.

Brett didn’t warm up too much yesterday just serve and helped out. He started doing hitting lines today but not the complete warm up. Seems to be some sort of ankle thing probably a sprain. He was still serving high 60mph balls and seem to be able to jump somewhat.
Cal didn’t make the trip at all. I hear it’s some arm thing.
Sam did the full warm up but his right leg seems to have a lot of wrapping/support. Still hits, jumps, and blocks during warm ups.
I’m opmistic they’ll be back soon.

psuphdstudent - Any word on whether Wildman and Fisher are good to go? As we saw yesterday, Brett finally played. He was the one I was feeling most confident would play soon since every time I saw the team he was participating more and more in the warmups. He looked a little out of form but I’m sure he’ll get there quite soon. As for Cal Fisher, there hasn’t been any hints of returning soon. During team warmups he has not done a serve or a hit. He usually does a little passing. I’m interested to see what happens to the lineup when the team has him back since Kerr has been excellent. He is extremely good at passing. An uninformed guess but I hope to see him on the left. Sam Marsh is a mystery too. He has completely participated throughout match prep. I have no idea if he had been beaten out by Rose and Ezeonu or he has an injury in one of this legs. |
