Given the Badgers' record it's hard to argue with the selection of Kelly Sheffield as B1G CoY. But I think Katie Schumacher-Cawley has done the best coaching job in the B1G this year.

Really tough one but I really think this team has brought a new fire back to Penn State and the future looks bright under KSC! Wish this team could’ve had one more season together though.

No losers tonight. PSU 2022 season might be over but that was a performance which must surely make everyone impatient for August 2023 to come around. Think I'm going to start planning another visit to Rec Hall in September, probably for the Big10/PAC12 Challenge if it's at Rec Hall.

This one hurt  so much fight that was my favorite thing about this group of ladies they never gave up, never threw in the towel, down 2 multiple times and always battling. This group of girls were one of my favorite teams to watch in my 10 years of being a PSU fan, wish we had another year with Kash, Leisa, Katie C & Nasta, wish them the absolute best!!  (( Can't wait to see the rest of the team (hopefully) all come back next season with even more fire and grit, and hopefully finally break this stupid Wisconsin curse we can't seem to shake off. Kudos to KSC & staff for putting together a great group and having a great season. Excited to see what the off season brings them! |

Super bummed about the outcome, but proud of the players and coaches. We passed and served better which was great to see. I'm going to miss the seniors and wish them nothing but the best.
Can't wait for next year!!

I'll concede up-front that it depends on how you define "Coach of the Year." If it's the coach who ended up with the best record (that's how most people see it) then yeah, it's Kelly. But I'm with you -- best single-season recruiting/coaching job? Katie Schumacher-Cawley, hands down. |
