I thought she was doing better, but Zoe only hit .062 tonight. That probably won't lead to more court time.

Looking back, I think our passing was some of the worst in recent matches. Worst of all in Set 1. Mac was being pushed to the net way too often and it's sheer talent that she didn't end up fouling.
KSC looks not at all happy at the finish.

Hannah hit .395 (20-5-38), Jess hit .236 (18-5-55), Taylor hit .222 (7-3-18), Allie hit .571 (4-0-7), Zoe hit .062 (6-5-16), Starck .667(2-0-3). Starck had a couple of nice kills out of the back row.

Even the booth was asking where's Markley.
I had thought maybe this was an easier test of Zoe's place in the line-up. Clearly was not her night.

Grimes had 13 digs, Jess 11, Starck 9 and Mac 8. Maddy with 5. KSC seems to be alternating Cassie and Maddie recently.

Even the booth was asking where's Markley. I had thought maybe this was an easier test of Zoe's place in the line-up. Clearly was not her night. Zoe did have 7 blocks. That probably was better than Markley would have had. I do like that KSC is giving various players chances. That's gonna give some encouragement to the players. I remember Kristen Carpenter talking about her 2011 season where she said she lost 4 jobs. BUT, she also said that RR kept giving her chances. |
