Amazing how winning two close sets translates into an almost insurmountable lead. NE home crowd making a difference, it seems. I wonder how things would turn out if this was in TX or on a neutral court? |

Not sure I want PPC to win another NC. This way I want have to read the criticisms of Russ for letting her go. Did I tell you I was slow?
PPC finally registered. So much easier than typing Prieto-Cerame. Genius!

Not sure I want PPC to win another NC. This way I want have to read the criticisms of Russ for letting her go. Even I don't think Rose is guilty of "letting her go" (although one could question his granting her release rather than making her sit out a year), but the issue of transfers is a legitimate one. |

Here's a question: Chloe Collins ducked under the net onto the Nebraska side of the court trying to get to a ball that was outside the net on Nebraska's side. If she had been able to return the ball to Texas's side (doing it legally -- outside the antenna) would it have been good? i.e. can you duck under the net onto your opponent's side of the court?

Is it OK to admit that I actually like the job that Karch and Beth do? Not to me: I like Karch; tired of Beth's human interest stories while play is live ("in 2006, Kelly Hunter was watching the National Championship match, and it hit her like a thunderbolt -- 'my dog is an alien.'") |

Is it OK to admit that I actually like the job that Karch and Beth do? As long as she doesn't always introduce Karch every other play by saying he's a 3 time winner of this and 3 time winner of that I'm OK with her. |
