Someone is reporting that penn state is close to getting a commit from a major outside hitter any idea who and what class? I saw that and wondered the same thing. I'm superstitious, so even if I knew (which I don't) I wouldn't report on it until it happened, out of concern that I'd somehow mess things up for Penn State (irrational, but excess of caution and all that). Plus, I'm always concerned about somehow running afoul of NCAA rules relating to "boosters" (a term that includes any of us who pay for season tickets). Still, I'll admit to a burning curiosity. Hopefully, we'll have some good news in the not-too-distant future. In the meantime, it was nice to see that Serena Gray and Kaitlyn Hord, both commits for 2018, made the U.S. Girls’ Youth National Training Team (link) |

I wonder if this is why the PSU roster for 2016 is still not updated on the PSU's own website, but the 2016 schedule has been posted for a while?

I can't imagine there are any open scholarships for the coming season... But I'll be the first to admit I don't even make the pretense of tracking those details. |

It would require too many pixels and the pics would have to be very small. The powers that be at Volleytalk don't like my gallery anyway, so I keep it to a reasonable size. |
