Detering with another kill followed by a stuff block. Whoa!! PSU up 13-10. T.O. Cardinal. It seems all the girls are playing with a fire today. Nice match. The team is playing better now than they were at the end of the season last year, IMO.

The Hodson serving run killed us. The Cardinal had like 6-7 unanswered points. We cannot catch up without a solid server. I miss Hancock's service runs.

After 2 sets: Kills S 29 PS 28; Attack Errors S 11 PS 10; Attack Attempts S 82 PS 84; Hitting % S .220 PS .214; Assists S 25 PS 28; Total Block S. 5 PS 7 ALL VERY CLOSE; BUT Service Aces S 5 PS 0; Services Errors S 0 PS 6; and Reception Errors 6.0.
Assuming the Reception Errors does not include Service Aces, there is a difference of -17 points with their Aces and our Service and Reception Errors. We do not have a server like Mischa, whose errors could be tolerated. I think that those with a high number of service errors must be substituted for. Rivera is a good service, but she has not played this weekend,

How can PSU expect to be an elite program when their deficiencies in serving and receiving has not been addressed for last two three years???

It's still early in the season. If PSU figures it out, watch out. They have the talent and a serviceable pair of setters. I like what I see on the defensive side of the ball.

They should only practice serving and receiving for a whole day and anyone who does not serve or receive sufficiently, should not play the next game
