Regarding K1 (Kendall White = K1; Keeton Holcolmb = K2!)... it appeared at Colorado, perhaps because of the rotating setters, coaches had authorized K1 to be the floor captain. Several times the Up Ref called her over to give her lectures on things...heaven knows what....which she then reported back to the team or coaches. I'm more used to seeing the S in that role, but, as mentioned, that was upset by the substitutions.

And don't forget, Mt. Whitney: highest peak in lower 48. Mt. Washington: highest peak east of the Rockies.
