Here are some questions I'd like to ask. It seems like after Glass and Dietzen left there a few months ago, the team played really well for a few weeks. Is that assumption correct? If so, would he/could he bring in some former players before the tourney? Also, what position does he think he needs the most help at this year? Does he foresee that position getting stronger next year? It seems the current squad has the talent, on paper, to play better. Does this team's lack of success, at times, stem from lack confidence, at times? I think the first question is a fair one (though I'd ask it somewhat differently). I think the second one falls into the "What's wrong with Player X" along with, at least in part, being a question about recruiting/transfers, so I'd skip that one. I think a version of the third one is fair -- what role has confidence, or lack of confidence, played in the team's performances this season, and if it's lack of confidence, how do you address that? I would certainly allow anyone to frame the questions as they see fit. I think being discerning with regard to approach is an important characteristic to have. |

We again forgot the middle and they crept back in.
We are getting zero point's of 3 or 4 of our servers, a trend that is weeks old. That has to get back to where we were in the first half of the season. All were weapons.
White,Detering/Weiskircher and Holcomb are consistently the only servers we are getting multiple points off of. That was not the case early in the year.
I love where our hitting,passing and side out is right now and it helps being at home but we need more pressure from the service line from all our players. Have to have it.
