Thanks for posting this. For all the criticism/concern regarding PSU setting this season, Abby has done well enough to be named B1G Setter of the Week two times. So, if my math is working, that means some people thought she was better than all the other B1G setters (or more deserving of recognition, for whatever reason) those two weeks.

only two on the all big team. Not too good for a team that had such high hopes after that great recruiting year. I don't think I should be critical because I'm not close enough to the workings of the team, but how did Ali go from freshman of the year to not even honorable mention?

For too much of the year. But she has reeled off four straight very solid matches. I'm betting Coach Rose is very happy with the way she is playing now. Why the slump? Imponderables.

Wow! The B1G "Hancocked" Wisconsin's setter. I'm hoping she doesn't exact "Hancock's Revenge."

SETTER OF THE YEAR Samantha Seliger-Swenson, MINN HA. HA. Hancocked. Yeah, I thought I was marginally clever with that--as were the B1G voters.

IMHO, Ali saved her best for now. Much prefer that she's bringing it now than in time for the awards. Her whole demeanor was different last night, too. She looked emotionally ON FIRE. Yay. Not sure if I remember that in Courtney's senior year, she got stiff-armed by the BIG (is that right?), and then was the NCAA Championship MVP.
